A bigger Mann would have slower speed, so slower movement speed, and I took away two bullets away from the gun due to the "3rd shot connected always Crits" stat, and No Random Crits.because memes. So I just did what the name would suggest. To be honest, I wasn't sure how to ballence this one out.
